FYI All: I now have a venmo account

As I just reported on social media, the number of people who need to know this is likely to be small. But that said: I now have a Venmo account. Like I usually do, I set up my account ID to be annathepiper.

This is a potential means by which people may pay me for books if they so wish. If paying me by Venmo for a book sounds interesting to you, you should be able to do this via the Venmo app on iOS or Android.

Right now the books I can sell directly are:

  • Ebook edition of Faerie Blood
  • Ebook edition of Bone Walker
  • “The Blood of the Land”
  • “The Disenchanting of Princess Cerridwen”

Some general reminders:

  1. I have no print editions of Faerie Blood and Bone Walker available, still. I do still plan to make new ones, and will announce here when I do.
  2. I cannot sell the Rebels of Adalonia books directly, as those are still with Carina Press.
  3. I do not necessarily prefer that people buy directly from me. I make a few more pennies that way, sure, but the difference is not enough to be significant. So I encourage readers to buy my titles via whatever means make the most sense for them.
  4. If you do buy a book directly from me (via Paypal, Venmo, or my Square store), keep in mind that what will happen is that I’ll be sending you the ebook file directly and you will need to manually sideload it onto your reader, phone, or tablet. If you’re not comfortable doing that, that is totally cool and you should consider buying via whatever book vendor deploys directly to your device instead.

Any questions, let me know!
